"I had a great experience with Lloyd. I live in Denver and was trying to handle my late mother's affairs from afar. I called up Lloyd and from the first minute on the phone, I knew that I wanted to work with him. The estate was very small and there was not much to be made by Lloyd, but I felt that he treated me with the same professionalism that he would treat a million dollar case. We were able to communicate via email to get everything going and then the one day that I was able to travel back to Pittsburgh, Lloyd was prepared and ready to go from the moment I walked in and met him in person at his office. We completed the paperwork that was required and then went down to the courthouse together to file everything. Lloyd did everything and literally I just had to sign some documents. I knew I was in good hands and could trust the process without understanding everything that needed to be done. Everyone we ran into on our adventures downtown treated Lloyd like he was "Norm" from Cheers. Smiles and kind words from everyone. Traveling to Pittsburgh to go through the process of handling the affairs of my late mother while still grieving from the loss certainly is not my idea of a good time, but the 2-3 hours I spent that day with Lloyd seemed like enjoying an afternoon with your old buddy from college. But what we appreciated the most that Lloyd answered EVERY question I had during our visit. Our case was not very straight forward as we had a trust that had been created years ago and we had to figure out what to keep and what to renew, the consult we got was very thorough and exceeded our expectations. "I made an appointment to have a Will drawn up for my personal and business assets. I was quoted a price on the phone and he didn't try to add extra charges onto my bill . Lloyd set an appointment with me and worked on the Will. He made many suggestions and corrections that helped me prepare my Will. He also prepared my Power of Attorney and my Living will. I was in and out of his office within 2 hours and I had my Will in hand. I am always skeptical about Lawyers trying to talk me into something that I do not need to have.
