They insisted on getting my banking info before knowing if I was approved & the cost. He also insisted that I sign docs before sending to underwriting. I was uncomfortable with this, as I'm a banker and I know signing these docs are agreeing to terms. He said it was only to find out if I'm approved & was very pushy & that I'd have 30 days to decide. I finally signed but I made it clear that I do NOT authorize the him/the company to withdrawal any funds from my account til a decision is made. Once approved, it was high. I told him I wanted to think on it & he kept calling so I was stern the next 2 times that I didn't want it, so he started calling my husband over & over. Surely enough, it pulled from my bank. I didn't even know the company name, I was never given a policy # because I said I didn't want it! I called in & they made me cancel this policy I didn't ask for and said they would refund me. It's been 9 days and 30 min wait time on phones and I've gotta work for a livin' and don't have time for this. Someone needs to fix this!!

Great place to work.

My mother passed away November 2020 from cancer, she was never a smoker nor drank. She had a policy with this company which was probably a few months shy of having it for two years. We have sent all the information needing to collect as one of her beneficiaries and yet we are still getting the run around. The people are rude, they keep telling us to fill out information for her medical records which has been done then tells us we need to fill out a different form for the same records. I wish my mother would have let me research this company before she bought the policy because I would have told her to pass this up. We've already come out of pocket to pay for her funeral when the insurance was supposed to take care of that.
