"So I got contact with this lawyer because he is helping a client of mine, who is going through a case with ACS. The lawyer was patient and trying to be stern with the client so we all could stay on page. The client tend to ramble on intend on focusing on the question at task. The lawyer answered all the questions I had regarding the client's case and questions I wasn't sure about a trial case like this as well. This was the first time I have came across a client with this type of case so strategizing was a bigger challenge than I'm used to. Although when he lawyer explain certain terms either the client or I couldn't understand was explained. He attempted to prep the client and see what the client goal of this part of the trial was as much as he could. Lawyers have to deal with various of clients and cases that comes along with it. He suggested some things the client could do better the odds but that was another obstacle to face as well. We will see how it will go and see if I have to continue be a buffer between the two. The office is located in a nice building with working elevators. I've been to this building before, but not for this lawyer. The office however was a bit cramped because there are other lawyers occupying the offices as well. They have a decent size conference room that we used for the meeting. Hopefully everything works well with this case, because from my observations the lawyer is one of the good ones. He is not one of these crummy lawyers. The average clients to a lawyer is about 10 more clients than the average. They deal with a big difficulty of handling multiple cases that succeed on a constant basis. He tends to brush off, but that's usually the language of a lawyer.At least this one is not one of the scummy ones."
