Wouldn’t recommend at all tv or any electronic repair with this company. No customer service. You’ll be waiting for phone calls and scheduling. Just avoid the hassle, stress and aggravation of being disrespected with false promises. 1-2 week tv repair turned into 3 months of me having to feel like I’m hounding them. No transparency. No simple phone call to be delayed. Tv is broken again that they “fixed” and I rather get a new tv than deal with there service. Scheduled for them to fix what they fixed already and they let me down with the treatment. Avoid.
