If you have an accident case as mine which was a lawsuit against a careless truck driver who was on the phone completely distracted and you sue him for damages after you ended seriously hurt with 10 broken ribs, a broken sternum, a broken foot, an injured back and right knee in addition of two collapsed lungs, This lifted truck hit me at 50 miles an hour after he passed his red light. The accident was NOT my fault. Attorney Farkas COMPLETELY LOST IN COURT. I was disabled for two years. and he never prepared any kind of evidence even after the police determined that the truck was a fault. He never hired an accident expert as he said and came to court completely unprepared. A complete inept attorney who got out of shape in the middle of my trial , the Judge had to stop in the middle of the hearing and give Attorney Farkas an hour and a half break. When he returned he could not function anymore not even at the time of closing. The other attorney walked all over him. He wasted 3 years of my life...

Back in 2004, Mr. Farkas won my case straight up by filing a motion to discover or suppress evidence (I forget which) and proving they had no evidence. They tried to railroad me & when any other attorney would've told me I had no other choice but to plead guilty, Mr. Farkas made the DA stutter over his own words. Keep in mind, he was assigned to me pro bono and wasn't making a dime!
