Reviews

I did everything I was advised to. Just as others stated they didn’t show up in court. My wages ended up being garnished which is one thing, I acquired the debt… however I called regarding the garnishment and the possibility of paying the debt off early and was advised the garnishment would continue until a judge signs off on it, which could be 30 days… reading the other reviews I’m concerned w/ overpaying and not receiving my overpayment back. And as others have stated these people are extremely rude no matter how polite or professional you are w/ them. Its sad. It’s like they wake up in hell, then give you hell.
I had debt sold to this company. They swear they have contacted me and they never have not by phone or email. I tried to call my original loan company to make a payment and they said I had to call these guys. No one answers the phone. So I ended up summoned in court. They didn't show up so I still can't get in contact with them and am stuck with a wage garnishment. Judging by the reviews I should track that closely because so many have overpaid and not got money back.
Due to their inept research and inability to utilize the basics of the English language, I was subpoenaed due to having a similar name as their target. The correct information was easily obtained in 15 minutes via state website. I called this "business" to advise the error and provide them the correct information as well as how to obtain it. What followed was beyond unprofessional: as I had no account number or representative with the company (as I'm not their target) the "Operator" (she refused to provide a name) advised "we don't make errors", and repeatedly hung up when I was unable to provide the information she wanted, as fast as she wanted. After an hour of attempting to communicate with this psychopath, I contacted the company that hired them, Republic Finance. They handled the correction of this error with kindness, intelligence, professionalism, and accuracy. The Clerk of Court was also extremely helpful in correcting this error. My advice is to bypass contacting this "business", their goal is conflict, not resolution; contact their employer and the courts directly.
Customer service is terrible and even when you’re paying faithfully every month, the bill never seems to go down. It takes forever to pay them off and when you call to discuss it you get nowhere. Now they are saying the website is down. They are the worst and deserve no stars. I should just stop paying them. Credit is already ruined for now anyway.
If I could leave 0 Stars I would. These are sone if the most arrogant and passive agressive people I've had to endure in recent years! Even when collecting a debtor they are more reduced and agressive than my original lender. I'll celebrate the day i never have to hear their voices over the phone again. This company isn't worth a damn!
