So I have known of Antonio Toto for years and I had needed his services for some minor reason . He is “one of a kind” his knowledge and expertise in his line of work is comforting. He’s not only was very professional and well knowledgeable about my situation, but he got everything taken care of and put everything at ease. I highly recommend Antonio for any of your lawyer needs. Used him as a lawyer because he was bestfriends since childhood with my uncle. This lawyer stole money from me and lied about court hearings and forged paperwork to make me stop calling for updates for over 8.5 years. He has screamed at me at the top of his lungs. He’s been nothing but conceded and disrespectful. He owes me money which he refuses to give. HE WILL ALSO NOT SIGN OFF TO GIVE YOUR CASE TO ANOTHER LAW FIRM. I have worked with Howard teitelbaum at another law firm close by (him and his assistant Paula were always amazing to me) and Toto was ARROGANT to all of their staff when I tried to have them take over my case. As a family friend I’m disgusted and so is my family. He shows up to my uncle and also cousins funerals trying to hug me and my mother but only comes to tell people about his shore house. Disgusting. Business and personal he’s just sick. He screwed over too many people to even remember a family friends face or name at this point.

I have used Mr. Toto many times, because I unfortunately did some regrettable things in active addiction. The negative reviews are incorrect. He doesn't answer all calls right away, as some have said in negative reviews but this is because he is usually in court, and he is busy. But he will get back to you! My late husband and I have both utilized him in the past and he does what he says he will do. He is a great criminal lawyer and I recommend him. Prices are reasonable and he is now in the process of expunging some things for me now that I am in recovery and on the right path. Lawyers don't perform magic, so keep expectations realistic and you won't be disappointed.

I have been very patient with this attorney. As a person he speaks well and could hold a friendly conversation. As an attorney not consistent at his job, not organized, doesn’t return phone calls in a timely manner, always late for court hearings and there is always a delay with something. I found out the hard way. Nothing was resolved with my case. The one star is being generous. Don’t take my word for if decide to use him. You will see. I recommend a coworker to him. Don’t ask why I did this. Mr. Toto arrived 2 hours late to the court hearing.

Trust the process of Toto. Antonio Toto is a man who is busy but you can trust he will get the job done. Once he gets into the courtroom he as sharp as it gets. I’ll recommend hiring him to everyone I know in a jam. Or if you just need good solid representation with experience.
