Such a professional and warm firm. The team at Apostolica Donovan & Donovan had made the process of selling and closing our condo sale smooth and easy that we didn't even stress during the whole process. Both Bill and Brianna are wonderful to work with that even our Redfin agent, Nancy enjoyed working with them as well. If you anyone wants to have an attorney firm that's knowledgable, friendly, and detail oriented, look no further, this is the firm you should work with whether you're selling or buying properties.

We've worked with Bill, Janine and the team for 10+ years. They're friendly, detail oriented and do a fantastic job representing our company's buyers and sellers at a very reasonable price. They have done 1,000's of closings in the Boston area, and that's just the experience you want in your corner!

Bill's firm took care of our refi closing. John, the attorney that we met in person was great. Bill on the other hand was great until it came down to the company that we were closing out the loan with started to push back hard. Everyone acknowledgedtjst what the company was doing was highly unethical (even illegal I was told). Bill told us he would handle. Apparently handling it was telling us to suck it up and give up the unwarranted and extorted money they were demanding. We fully expected some kind of an answer update/response/follow up, but all we got back was it was not his firms responsibility?! Clearly another lawyer that talks out of both sides of his mouth. We have a long e-mail string depicting all of this. We informed him that we are not satisfied clients/customers. If you are looking for solid representation, someone who will put there lawyer hat on, I don't recommend Bill. We have already filed a claim with BBB, and they are doing a great job. We will also be opening cases with CFPB and NH Banking Authority (with no help/advice from this firm).
