Archer Law has been our family’s knight in shining armor. Their elder law practice, advice and follow-through have been life-saving. Three members of our family have used them for trusts, assisted living assistance, Medicaid assistance and planning. We highly recommend!

Avoid this lawn firm if using for real estate purposes. Sent multiple emails with zero responses, multiple times. Called office, left messages, no response. Find out a couple days later someone was in the hospital. That is understandable but no one in your office can tell me that? Then the day of the closing they didn't even show up, their office was closed. Again, zero communication to me. The sellers attorney had to send me the final documents for me to sign, so we didn't even close on time. This time their was an office death. Very unfortunate but you cant just not attend the closing and not communicate to me. And then when I asked about the $1,200 service I received, I was told I was "disingenuous". Maybe the other attorneys are good but avoid Seth at all costs, terrible communication skills and will argue with you at every turn. Can't respond to emails and phone calls but will take your $1,200 faster than you can blink.

The team at Archer Law was diligent, efficient and interactive making the application process for Medicaid as smooth as possible. There were definitely worth the price. Their expertise guided me through the process of getting the needed documentation. They were available and responsive to my questions. I would strongly recommend using their service.

Words cannot express what an immense help this law firm was. Filing for Medicaid is an overwhelming process in every sense of this word. One misstep can create havoc and it is a huge learning curve to try to navigate on your own. I was so happy I heeded the advice of my friends who proceeded to file without legal counsel and regretted every, in their words, nightmarish moment of it. The entire staff here from the lead attorney on down to the receptionist were compassionate, courteous, and most of all KNOWLEDGEABLE. Their fees were reasonable and in line with other firms. In my research everyone I asked suggested them and I have not one regret. My mother was approved in an expeditious way and it is a relief for our whole family. A BIG shout out to Archer Law.
