I had a wonderful experience with Mrs. Cross. She made me feel a member of her family, and we talked and talked about everything under the sun. I'm usually nervous when I meet new people, but when I sat down in her office and right from the first words, my nervousness was gone. I recommend this Lawyer office 100% to everyone. I would not let my worst enemy walk into this place for business. We were told to drop a deed off for a remainderman to be completed and did this. I asked for the person who was to work on this to give me a call with a message on her voicemail. Her name was Mary. I could not tell you much about Mary, as i have never heard from Mary after multiple calls. Finally today, I called and was given to Marian Cross as I could only leave yet another message for Mary. Marian informed me after putting me on hold for a minute, that they do not do an out- of-state remaindermans (property is in Columbus GA, only the owner resides in Colorado). That is fine if you do not have the capability to service a remainderman from one of the other 49 states of the union. However, what is not fine is you can not manage a call for weeks to let the person know that NOTHING is being done and NOTHING will be done. Complete incompetence and the audacity to not take your job seriously enough to return calls inquiring directly about the thing you can not do when the client could have simply moved on to a group who would be able to help is just unacceptable in business today. The reviewers further down who stated they don't return calls... believe them.

I have come in others, and now, recently myself. She was real and realistic with me every time. I don't feel like I am in trouble or being judged in the office.

Ms. Cross and staff are awesome! If you ever have to file bankruptcy, please see them. I highly recommend them.
