Shaunna Riggers was our adoption attorney and this was my first kid I've ever adoptes. She made the process very easy, answered all of my questions, and truly took care of most of the communication with the adoption DCS worker. When I talked to some friends they were saying the process of me getting my son adopted went a lot quicker than dome of there's. I am very Thankful, and even though my son shuts down around people he doesn't know, and being in courtrooms, when we left he stated he was glad to be done with everything and he thought the process went smooth and quickly. Lost a lot of time with this law firm and had to drive most of the case myself and was provided with poor to little strategic advise. Left a lot of money on the table and felt firm did not have the best interest of my case, but more the other party. Examples of non performance included, not providing proper disclosure on the law, not answering emails, missing appointment times, not following up on multiple request to position case, not moving on critical information as requested. My only final choice was terminating my case with this firm and moving to another law firm.
