I was involved in a roll-over accident with an 18 wheeler in June of 2019. The truck driver was clearly at fault and ticketed. I contacted A&I and we filed a lawsuit. The suit was settled in mediation one week ago. My A&I attorneys, Michael Darling and Ryan MacLeod made the negotiations easy for me. I was shocked at the amount of work that had been done without any input from me. My attorneys were totally up to date on all my treatment, and they had Dr.’s reports that I had not even seen yet. The result was a settlement value that I had no idea we would reach. This firm has a strong reputation, and I can see why. I will refer anyone who needs legal representation in a case like mine to Arnold & Itkin.
I can honestly say the attorneys at this law firm we’re beyond my expectations. This is the first legal case I have ever had to deal with and I never felt the time pass. The legal assistants and the attorneys kept me very well informed. The legal team always responded to my emails and phone calls in a timely manner. I felt safe and protected when he came to my rights and I was always well informed on what was going on in the case. This has certainly been a life changing experience in the best way possible. It would be nice if this firm applied all that is written in their website. My Hurricane Harvey claim has still not been settled as of 10/2020. To date I have received $2700 on my claim and I am being told my case is still in negotiating stages (mind you, this firm was hired 10/2018).I am basically having to tell the Paralegal what to tell the attorney on how to fight my case, using Texas laws and section codes. This has been an ongoing nightmare and I would advise anyone utilizing this company’s service to first find out WHO at that law firm will represent your case, and secondly find out if he or she is an expert in that subject matter. For something that is important to someone (such as their home), it is imperative that you know who’s representing you (not a team), but one individual. This will enable you to do your due diligence and research on that attorneys track record (if he or she has one).
This law firm was very helpful and know what there doing they have good understanding if what effects an accident has on a person's and their families lives. They will fight to get what is right and take care of you along the way. Using this law firm was the best decision. Thanks to Joseph and Caj very helpful.
