Dan knows his stuff. He is well versed in case law that pertains to tax issues. He works hard on behalf of his client, and he does not waste any time. I know more than most in hiring attorneys as I've had to hire 10 attorneys since 2010, due to complicated legal matters linked to the passing/estate(s) of 3 family members.
