Attorney Chris Peebles, PLLC

It was 12 April 2023 I spoke with secretary in his office to get equity property distribution and I was told to put in 1000$ in which I did . He sent me document for me to fill and sign which I did and email them . I have tried multiple times to call office number and I left messages and email no feedback ! Today I was able to reach after multiple text and ask refund and I got unbelievable answer . I asked full refund because there was no service rendered ! I’m considering submitting complain to NC state bar. I will never refer anyone to use this person you will loose your money ???? instead of fixing issue you have ???????????????????????????????????

all was well in the beginning because my money was paid in full but that only got me 1 of 2 legal issues resolved. he stopped showing up to court and that caused me to have a FTA (non arrestable in this case but still). my license was suspended for this. office staff changed 3 times in 1 year and i never got calls returned when inquiring about updates to my case. I have even been emailed information about other people cases when i was supposed to be getting information about my case, i had to tell them "thats not me". with all that, i have had to retain another attorney to represent me.

Worst attorney in Fayetteville NC ! His office don’t answer phone calls if you put in money as deposit you will not hear anything afterwards . Do not use this attorney
