As a current employee of Bain and Barkley, I am grateful for the positive experiences I encounter on a daily basis. B & B is a busy firm which can be challenging at times, but our collaborative team turns challenges into positive outcomes. From an employee perspective, I like that I can learn and grow here, that the rules are clear, fair, and transparent, and that everyone is respectful. Friendly atmosphere! Also, maybe not the most important, but definitely adds up to everything, is the possibility of a hybrid/remote work. I like freedom, and I am a "night owl", working more efficiently at night, so this works great for me. But also, when I mentioned that I would like to start coming to the office after my bar exam, to learn more things in person (which I cannot learn working at home) and to bond with the team, my boss said I am free to come anytime:) I am happy I landed my first job after graduating from law school here, at B&B!
