STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAWYER!! He lied and stole my money just as he has done to others! Paid him $1,000 after his spiel and got the same deal as someone who was in the exact same situation with me (Neither of us had any priors) but they represented themselves. On top of that, he told me part of why I was paying him was to seal a deferred adjudication from the public once probation was completed so it wouldn't show up on any background checks as long as they were not performed by the government, AND HE NEVER DID SO. Recently, while being interviewed for a new job, I found out he never kept his word because lo and behold the misdemeanor was still on my record in a background check performed by a corporate company. I've tried calling multiple times throughout the past four months, and was told twice that he would call me to get in touch with me, never did. Do yourself a favor and get a different lawyer. Hell, a random lawyer appointed to you by the court would be better than him. Save your money.
