I dropped my taxes off in April to get them filed and it is now July 29th and I have been unable to get ahold of anyone in the office to retrieve my paperwork and file my taxes. I have left many many messages and never received a call back and my taxes have yet to be filed. They supposedly filed an extension for me but I don't even have any information about that and can't get ahold of anyone and have been trying for months
