You guys are very unorganized and unprofessional..... I literally stopped paying on the debt that I owe you because you wouldn't answer the phone or call me back. And that was months ago and I've yet to hear anything until now you send me a letter saying my last month's payment was late. In the last week I've called 5 times and I've actually called 3 times today (9-28-18) I've left a message for just about every Department. I still haven't been called back.

if you can never get ahold of them they're very nice. After calling and leaving many voicemails and never getting a call back I finally stopped in.

These people were allowed to collect on a water bill that is 20 years old henrico would not allow me to get current why the statue of limitation don't apply to this I don't know but of course I guess they do what they in the Commonwealth of Virginia

Thr front desk receptionist is rude. And sarcastic like do you want this payment or not ?? Referring to the shortpump location
