Emerson, Reid & CO.

This company totally screwed me over... Sent my insurance applications to the wrong email address. Did not receive the normal confirmation email, Did no follow up.... I have a procedure scheduled, have to reschedule because I have NO insurance... Insurance company, Aetna, will not make an exception to make my effective date as of Dec1, because Emerson, & Reid knows the correct email address... Thanks for being so on top of your job
