One star just so I can post this warning. Do not hire this firm they will promise you they will file something right away just get their payment to them. Then they will lose contact with you and force you to call them over and over worrying about your time lines being missed. When you see they are not doing anything about your case at all, and want your money back, they will say we ate it all up in research. We didn’t need you to research what you all ready agreed to do before we paid you and signed your contract. It’s in your own contract you were to jump to do that as it was a time crucial matter and you failed to do your job. Neha and Daniel of Brown & Associates went to great lengths to make sure I was made whole after falling victim to construction fraud. They were always very prompt on replies and even better kept me updated regularly on the case with next steps. All avenues were explored in order to make sure I was able to somewhat recover from my losses. Glad I found this team to represent me in a time I that I really needed some help.

Due to their lack of experience in writing a settlement, the strategy we used was challenged and I lost the opportunity to recover over 40k . Communication was terrible to the point I was informed that a hearing was supposed to take place 10 minutes before the actual hearing. Poor preparation and high charges. Definitely stay away from this Law firm. I was told around May or June this year I was done making payments for their services, well come October I was still making payments. A total disaster.
