My closing agent Catherine was the BEST! She worked so hard on the selling and buying of our home. Catherine was always responsive and answered all my questions even if they were silly. We had such a hard deal and had to close with very little notice but she managed to get everything for us. Laura, who was not my closing agent, was also awesome. She answered all my questions when Catherine was out of the office. I never felt rushed from either of them.

I have been using First Jersey Title Services for 30 years working with lawyers. They are just simply the BEST title company I've ever dealt with. The owners and staff have always been professional and courteous and anytime we asked for something, they got it for us immediately. We have tried other companies and never got the fantastic service we've had from First Jersey. Definitely highly recommend them to anyone.

I am the paralegal at a law firm in Bergen County. Our office has been utilizing First Jersey Title Services for several years for closings of all kind. We have always received exceptional service from First Jersey. Their closers are all knowledgable and professional, and the processors answer our questions and are responsive. Brian and Gladys especially are the best to work with!

Do not use this title company!!! Unfortunately I'm the beneficiary on my mothers estate along with my sister who was executor. She picked this title company. I'm a realtor and would NOT have gone through them. Settlement on my mothers estate was 6 months ago and they are still holding over $5,000 in escrow. When I emailed them to find out why they are still holding it I was told they were looking into it and have since been ignored. I emailed the woman who processed the settlement and the owner and both have ignored all emails. They have been extremely unprofessional and could at least acknowledge what the hold up is. The release of the fund should have been when the deed was recorded with the county which was 5/1/2019. Save your money and DO NOT go through them! I will also be filling a complaint with with the State Of NJ Insurance and Banking!

Our real estate holding/management/development company, which has been in business for 40 years, has only used FJTS for many years for all of our commercial and residential property work, and we have never had anything less than a first rate experience. I will only use First Jersey for my personal transactions, as well. There is simply no substitute for the depth of experience, knowledge and professionalism that First Jersey brings to the table. I highly recommend FJTS.
