They told me I had little evidence for my EEOC case of discrimination and wouldn’t listen to me about how there was evidence, video and physical evidence. The person was so negative, I hung up on them. I still continue getting emails how they feel they can help every day after what I was told. So in conclusion you would be better off finding a lawyer who actually does care or do it yourself to the best of your ability because they sure won’t. Big thumbs down.

I was referred to one of the attorneys at this firm by another attorney from a different law firm. There was a small miscommunication, where I ended up getting assigned to Severin and Patrick. I stuck with them because I was told that Severin was like a ''wiz'' and genius who knew how to negotiate for the maximum amount of money. I was also told that he knew his stuff!!! The communication started off slow, but it did eventually get persistent and better! Patrick was always available when I needed to speak with him. He would respond through calls and text messages. Their assistant JP would handle the emails, but I preferred to call. Everything was done virtually; I did not need to go into the office for anything. When the time came, I was given a low offer but I did not settle. Severin was able to negotiate for a higher settlement. I was lucky to get something, if not anything, because this law firm were the only ones willing to take my case! My case was a very tricky one, but luckily, I had the right attorneys stick it through and fight for my rights! The contingency fee was kind of high, but I did not care at the time because like I said, after searching for representation, they were the only ones who could help me out! I was hesitant at first because of the negative feedback in the reviews, but I took a chance with them, which I’m glad I did. I do believe I received a fair amount and got what I was owed from my former employer. It was better than not getting NOTHING at all. I am glad that justice was served!!!

Arron is the best lawyer I've ever had he fought hard for me and my rights and was upfront and honest about my case. He helped me through a rough battle and made them pay for what they did to me. Hes by far to most amazing lawyer. He's great at what he does and never let me down.

This law firm is the best more like family to me when nobody believed I had a case they they did went to trial and nailed it been almost ten years ago and I can’t thank them enough

I spoke with multiple law firms before deciding to choose Barrett & Farahany based off of the conversations that I had at length with one of their attorney's. I have never pursued a lawsuit of any kind and was nervous about the entire process. I was provided with one attorney when my case was first acquired and it was the person I spoke with in the very beginning. I felt like he was very transparent about my case and the possible outcomes. I sought legal help due to sexual harrassment/assault, the manipulation of the hours I had worked with my employer, and a couple other things. Georgia is not a state that protects the employee and instead protects the employer much more. At some point, I was assigned a different attorney, but I was notified of this change. It was a blessing in disguise because Victoria Williamson was given my case and things began to pick up pace fast. Victoria was very professional while also being extremely "real" and easy to open up to and communicate with. She also kept me in the loop of things via email, phone calls, and texts messages. After much consideration and even more communication with Victoria, we decided to settle because it made the most sense financially. There were several counter offers in my case and Victoria made absolutely certain that I was aware of them all and made the final decision. I honestly cannot say enough about Victoria and how much she helped me, financially, mentally, and even emotionally. There was not a single moment that I felt like I was not being heard by her. She listened and truly cared about my case and my experience. I cannot speak for all the attorneys, but I know my case was handled with professionalism, communication, and transparency. Victoria is a lovely human being and attorney!
