I’ve retained Jason, and as I am in the midst of my divorce proceedings, I have been very happy with his representation thus far. My divorce is very complex and Jason has been incredible. Jason has been the best thing to happen for me in my now 5+ years of navigating the family court system. I hired Jason about a year ago and already feel more at ease and comfortable with the proceedings then at any point of my 4 years prior with any attorney. My case has been difficult and time consuming but Jason was ready to jump on board. The response will be helpful, maybe not what you're looking for, but regardless it will be an answer that is in the best interest of your case. Because let's face it we hire attorneys for what we don't know.... Not what we do. There has not been a moment that I have felt that he did not have my daughter's best interest in mind. I take so much comfort in that. Any other attorneys I've delt with has always made it clear how good they are and how lucky I am to have them in a self idolizing way. With Jason you get a reserved man with amazing knowledge of the law that lets his work speak for itself. I am only part way through this chapter of proceedings but with Jason representing me , I am confident that I will get what I'm looking for and hopefully never need an attorney again, but if I do, Jason will be my first call!

I’ve hired Jason for both criminal and family court- I wouldn’t hire any other attorney in WNY. Jason is a pitbull in the court room and took all of my concerns as seriously as I did. Jason is a very intelligent man and knows the law through & through. Jason is a text or phone call away even on weekends and evenings.
