I highly recommend Frances Barto, she is an outstanding Lawyer! Highly knowledgeable about the IEP process and children’s educational rights. I found the lawyer to be rude and extermely disrespectful. She was dismissive of my concerns and I felt insulted. She showed no manners or care for a very difficult situation. She showed strong political bias which while legal I did not feel was acceptable for a professional in her position. I was very upset to have been treated so poorly by a legal professional.
