I got my first speeding ticket and had no idea how to appeal it. Ms.. Baturin took charge, handled the paperwork, even rescheduled my hearing when the original date was not convenient. She met me at the District Justice's office prior to my scheduled time. She and the officer discussed options, and she handled everything efficiently. She sought my input when it came to making a final decision, and then closed the deal very quickly. We were in and out of there in less time that it took for the officer to write the initial ticket!
