Brian Ballew got schooled by an amateur lawyer, and charged me outrageous fees for things such as a 5 minute phone call, a line change in the drafted decree, or a three sentence email. He also discouraged me from going to court hearings, saying it would cost me more in his legal fees to fight for my fair share than to simply agree to all the terms of the opposition. Charged $900 just to drive to Dallas court. I would have been better off representing myself. Do not hire this firm based on their online ratings!

I wish I could give them zero stars.nI was charged $375 for a consultation fee, and for a hour and half, I was judged and ridiculed. I am in the middle of a ugly separation and instead of helping me understand my rights, he neglected to be helpful in any mannor. Brian was horrible. He doesn't even know basic divorce provisions for things as simple as an IRS form 8332. He acted like my child was a math calculation. My child is not a number. nI can't believe I waisted my time and money on these idiots.

Eric is the finest litigator I have met in my 30 years of law practice. As a solo practitioner focusing on real estate matters, I constantly have clients requesting referrals for a litigator and/or family law attorney. I send every single one to Eric, and have only received positive feedback. Not only is he intelligent (look at his resume!), he is unfailingly polite, courteous and professional in an arena that is sorely lacking in each of these qualities.

I was very impressed with this law firm. They were very attentive and helpful in returning all calls and emails. The entire staff was very patient and professional. I was extremely happy with the outcome. Highly recommend!

Cassidy Pearson was the literal best. Professional, strong, committed. Choose them to represent you and you cannot go wrong. Do not listen to any hate on here, it just is not true.
