I highly don’t recommend Matthew Toback. We paid $8000. Luckily the family was able to get it all together, BUT He told my husband he wouldn’t step a foot in jail & he ended up going to PRISON not jail. Do not recommend

Tolback assured that he will get my husband out when I hire him and get the case dismissed . But when I hired Mathew Tolback he never answered the phone ,always had to call the office , the assistant never answer the phone, but when I do call him and get a answer he screams on the phone and say “Stop calling me “ or “He don’t want to talk to me “ . I paid him to be my husband lawyer out of the understanding that he will be professional and stand by his word but in this case was not , never call to give updates, always had to call him .
