Worst law office ever! THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND NEGLIGENT! You can never reach out to them nor get someone to reply to anything you send them. Might as well go somewhere else recommend that if you plan to take a case with the lawyer Ronald Richey, it is better that you look for another lawyer because you are going to make a mistake, they never answer the phone to be able to make an appointment and when you arrive they don't attend to you because you don't have an appointment, the secretary has one. bad manners when they ask about your case not even they understand each other they tell you one thing then they tell you something else they have no education for clients I imagine that if they studied it is to have education they don’t organized well they don't worry about your case I have 7 years no even the residence have been able to get me out of a bad experience that I have had but I don’t recommend just go to others lawyer

Please run away from this place, the worst law office. Mr Richey is knowledgeable but this place should be shut down. They took my application and kept it there for 6 months. I can’t even get someone on the phone to ask questions. They have no respect for clients, they don’t care your case.

Bad and terrible service from the secretaries, I call and they don't answer, they hang up on my calls and on top of that when I go to the office they behave spoiled and don't answer me, I really don't know what Kind of people they put in front they only ask for money but they don't inform you how the process is, two months ago I presented my documents so they could upload them and they never uploaded them and on top of that the on the right side he disrespected me at several times and hung up on my calls the lawyers are very good but unfortunately the secretaries are disrespectful which makes me look Bad to the law office.

When you call, you will be lucky to get someone pick up the phone. Every new case requires a consultation fee, which normal. Mr. Ritchey himself is a very knowledgeable man and his staffs are very polite, but the wait time in that office can be super long due to many clients.. Due to COVID-19, mask is required. I despite the long wait time still go there because he is good, polite and very knowledgeable.
