Called twice & was told my call would be returned. There never was a return call.

Went in to get an appointment set about a simple uncontested divorce I need done. I was told he would give me a call today after work . I called and checked in twice after I got off work and was told he was busy each time. I did not even receive a call back so I could get a consultation… staff was rude and short with me each time and told me I might as well call someone else. Keep in mind … this is a simple uncontested divorce and they don’t even know that yet . In my opinion this was very unprofessional and a waste of my time as now I’ve waited all day and can’t get ahold of anyone else for a consultation about this now until tomorrow or Monday . Not happy at all with this and this is my first ever review of a place if that tells you anything .

I have been using Oldham's Chemicals for years. They wide selections that give me and my business the tools that I need to service my customers. Even when they don't have a specific product I need they will get that product as fast as possible. I am in and out quickly even when multiple customers are in the store. I have seen Jeff stop fulfilling a large order that needs to be palleted and take the time to grab my two cans or bottles of some product without the hint he is frustrated with dealing with such a small order.
