Loved it....down to the moon pies

Just did a closing with David Bass and Tiffany. They handled my many phone calls until the end with above and beyond expertise. This is a firm you can hire, sit back and relax...they will get it done and without a surprise bill at the end. This man and his firm is simply the exception to the rule about lawyers.

Would not recommend using Bass & Bass since the passing of his father the business lacks knowledge of correct papers to be filed, but most of all, it lacks the integrity, kindness and charsma that his father built his business standards up with. I closed my property 2 times once with his father and now with his son and he does'nt use fedex pickup in office to send closing check, they let a check sit in a fedex drop box 4 days before it was finally picked up. This is not professional as was the whole process with this company. I would not use him again.

Bass & Bass know all about real estate closing! They do their homework and do diligence to protect the seller and the buyer. They are thorough. Great and friendly staff. Recommend HIGHLY! Would not close anywhere else.
