Benton County Prosecuting Attorney

I believe that the hole Benton county jail and the courts have some real issue with the way they handle there data they get in order to prosecute someone for domestic violence...they don't do there jobs ...I I thought in this country u r allowed to have time to prepare for court to prove your not guilty..but in this county they don't they actually by pass all the evidence in cases ..and get people to plea out ...so that way they can get u to fold and take the charges .people I need u to understand that I should never feel threatened by the courts there scare tactics is a way of violating your rights .,how can this happen how can they prosecute u with out even showing evidence that u did the crim. ..I feel my family if being treated very on fair and not properly be handled....I'm ashamed I ever called the law to help me and my son ..because they didn't help they made it worse

A joke and a detriment to our community.
