I recently had the privilege of working with Mason on a custody case, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From our very first consultation, it was clear that he genuinely cared about my situation and the well-being of my child. Masons expertise in family law was evident as his team navigated the complexities of the case with professionalism and compassion. Throughout the process, Mason was always available to answer my questions and provide support, ensuring I felt informed and empowered every step of the way. His strategic approach and negotiation skills truly made a difference in securing a favorable outcome. If you are facing a custody dispute, I wholeheartedly endorse Mason as a dedicated and effective advocate for you and your family.
Mason Pickett has been a huge blessing to my family! He has fought for us through and through but more importantly fought for what is RIGHT! He's gone above and beyond in everything he’s ever helped us with. He has integrity & grit like no other. My family is so grateful for him and his hardworking office in all they do! We recommend him always and will continue to do so! Thank you, wouldn’t even be enough Mason! ????????
I doordashed an order for Christina in this building. It was $2.35 from doordash plus tips. I drove all the way from the fairgrounds area, to Columbia center Blvd. It's a gosh darn law office, no matter the distance, there should have been a tip. There was absolutely no tip. It didn't even cover the gas it took to get there. No wonder the order was sitting at the store for so long when I picked it up. I can see why the reviews for this place are so bad, they don't care about people. I'm a single disabled mom trying to pay for new brakes and food for my kids. Poor people tip more than this. Shameful. Edit- you are correct, it has nothing to do with your job and everything to do with mine. This is job #3 for me. Not everyone can make the kind of money your employees do. However, my 'decisions to work three jobs to make ends meet is commendable. It matters. You are paying for a service. Maybe inquiring clients will get an idea based off of these horrible reviews, and confirmation that you are cheap and disrespectful, will keep people from expecting too much. Or maybe you will take this and learn from it. You are not superior to others doing hard work. Doordash wasn't a choice, it's survival and it's hard work. Appreciate the people that provide a service for you. Good luck with your business and next time treat your drivers better. Poor people tip at least 5$, rich neighborhoods at least 8$. Do better. With no tip- we are paying you to deliver to you. That is deplorable.
Mason Pickett racked up a big bill and didn't communicate. I requested the communications I was being billed for and asked for a meeting. Instead was sent a nasty email from Mason, stating "if you want more frequent contact when it is not necessary, I can do that, but you are wasting your time and money." I went through 3 paralegals with each one charging me $250-300 to get up to speed, only to ask me a few days later "who is driving the Jeep". Almost $9,000 in 8 months to get a no contact order and a motion for the ex to pay the bills on vehicles he had, but they are keeping my bill down. When I couldn't get explanations on discovery documents they were asking for, he withdrew. He will not fight for you, just will tell you what you want to hear and not stand behind it. Do yourself a favor and spend your money with another attorney that won't give you false hopes, answer your questions, and stand behind you.
I had Mason Pickett on my case a couple years back. Even during Covid he was on top of things, worked overtime to get my Motion for Revision done when we did not get the results we had hoped with a certain commissioner. I could tell Mason really cared about my case. For financial reasons, I switched attorneys to Don Schirm, who coincidentally just recently moved into this office. Don is very compassionate, understanding, and really has a drive to uphold justice. With these two working together I have no doubts that they will be a powerhouse team. They truly do care about doing what’s right and holding the court commissioners and judges to higher standards in the name of the law. The rest of the staff is constantly working to get things filed, keep everything organized, and respond in a timely manner. The office manager Kelly is on top of everything that’s brought to her attention right away, and Tracy who does discovery has a way of finding things that most people would overlook. I am excited to work with my attorney and this firm again.
