In business and with personal matters sometimes you need legal advice and so far BHGR have been my go to. Pat Perrin has been working with me to get my business established and my trademark federally registered. I worked for a year and a half with Tasha Power on a 3rd party insurance claim. I found her to be a very kind person but the legal work was ineffective. Now I have a deeper understanding that often an insurance company will not give at all (in my case they paid out less after Tasha started working on the claim). I would have liked that advise upfront before paying out out exorbitant fees for work that was detailed, but not strategic. Fifteen thousand dollars later, it was only detrimental and costly to hire this firm to fight an insurance company.
I've known members and partners of this firm since the late 1990's. They have covered many issues for myself and my business. These are not only confident professionals but also wonderful people as well. I say this both personally, and, as a founder of a large recycling firm that has near 18 years of business under our belt. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you BHGR law for the decades of calls answered with out fail and with crystal clear advice. BHGR law truly a special group of people. Usually I don't give up my best secrets. This time I will. They are beyond deserving of this post.
This is an excellent firm with top attornies and assistants. Very professional, but with a relaxed Boulder vibe with the staff. Right on the Pearl St. mall, so whether the news is good or bad, distractions await if you want to celebrate or commiserate. Mr. Jon Banashek is excellent at his profession and I highly recommend him.
