My Fiance has this lawyer and she is absolutely by far the worst at communicating with people. .My fiance has been trying for over a month to get a hold of her and she obviously had more important things going on. Says she's going to show up at his court hearings and says she's has "other" case's I don't understand why he's paying her for a job that's she's NOT doing. Never again!!!

I was referred to Ms. Bergen because someone had a good experience with her. However, despite leaving 3 messages with my phone number and e-mail within a 4-week time span I never received a returned call or an e-mail. I'm sure someone else's experience will be different. I guess she was the right attorney for me but at the wrong time, but Laura Wellen at Dinsmore was fantastic.

U don't hate it. I just believe un good old fashion customer service. I called this place to ask a question about a case that I believe I need an attorney for. I have money to pay, I'm not looking for free service I just wanted to ask questions before making a decision. The receptionist took my name and number and I have yet to receive a response.
