Does not return phone calls or answer phone calls. Obviously has no regard for court appointed clients has not met with my fiancee and he has been incarcerated since October

This attorney was court appointed. He took over 3 weeks to see his client and once contact was made, he claimed to not have anything to work with. The police report was ready for review, yet Bernard Nwaiwu failed to access and read the police report. This lawyer shows no regard or interest for his court appointed clients and appears to view them as easy money. The longer court appointed clients are incarcerated or fighting a case, the more money to be made by the court appointed attorney. Granted, I was told to fire this attorney as soon as I made my loved one aware of who was representing the case, but I thought "everyone's experience is different." Now I know, I should have listened. Once the court date was set, Bernard Nwaiwu did not show up to represent his client! Currently, Bernard Nwaiwu has done a poor job at his job of representation and communicating with his client. One can only wonder if he treats his self-paid clients the same?

This is an amazing firm. everything went perfect and we won the lawsuit????????
