About 3 years ago I was the defendant in a personal injury case. Despite having run a business for over 20 years, this was my first experience in a legal proceeding. After the initial discussion, he explained to me exactly how the case would most likely proceed and what to expect going forward. Throughout the entire process he provided me with all of the documents he had prepared, made sure I understood them and treated both myself and the plaintiff with respect and patience.
