This law firm did everything for me. I cannot express my gratitude enough. Andrea Berry was the one on my case and to say she was fantastic is an understatement. She prepped everything and there was a solid preparation going into the court case. This also isn’t some big law firm where the big has a name on the wall and that is it. Mr Berry called and spoke with me directly, at one point, for advice and other things for some time. He never tried to brush me off or make me feel invaluable. I cannot speak on behalf of other clients, but my experience was outstanding. Thank you everyone for the hard work and time yall put into my case.

Can’t begin to explain all the torment I’ve been through with this place. Maybe I’m just the unlucky one. Nobody can answer calls or text. And then when they did finally get a hold of me, they asked me for information that I gave them months prior. And the most important thing was, they should have done all the investigating in the beginning rather than at the very end. Now I have wasted almost a year and now financially failing no one seems to care . Been hospitalized for 2 surgeries and one more to go.First time hiring a lawyer and probably my last time. All I asked for was advocacy and they couldn’t even do that.I have done all the footwork between them and ssa.

Alicia was very responsive to inquiries, providing updates and communication in general. We would happily use Berry & Associates again.

I give Berry & Associates 5 stars because they helped my family through a hard time. We were being harassed by a collection agency over a home that we had lost in a bankruptcy years prior. The harassment was bringing back memories of a bad time in our lives of financial hardship and family separation from military deployment. The associates at Berry & Associates went after the collection agency forcing them to halt the harassing calls and fake bills. They did this without charging me any upfront fees. My only goal was to get the harassment to stop, but Berry & Associates made them pay and I ended up with a small settlement. If you need help with harassing debt collectors, call Berry & Associates. They will find out if the company is doing anything illegal and make them pay.

The absolute worst law firm. They were suppose to help my sister get her disability she was denied and we contacted berry and associates to help. They don’t answer the phone we send new documents to them to send to SSA and I guess they never did. When calling they don’t answer I been working with them since March And maybe only talked to them twice because they don’t returned phone calls. They are unorganized and untrustworthy. I do not recommend.
