Apparently that you do not know how to research stuff my stepdad retained a lawyer had some papers made up by a lawyer and the secretary does not know how to look stuff up all she can say is going to the clerk's office in the courthouse well as far as I know the papers never made it to clerk's office that is why the lawyer was holding on to
