Beyond disappointed in the conduct of this office. I had a straightforward claim that they agreed to take and formally signed me on. Then despite me reaching out multiple times, they ghosted me. There's a 90 day limit on the filing I wouldve needed so I can't even go to another lawyer. My case was probably small potatoes to their office but for a regular working person, the medical bills I now can't get any help for are immense. If you're not going to pursue my case, don't lie to me about it and thereby prevent me from getting actual help. They just couldn't be bothered to do the work and now I'm left dealing with my medical costs all on my own. I can't tell you how many times I've cried. No one goes to a lawyer for insignificant things so such indifference as I was shown seems incompatible with the profession.
