Very knowledgeable and helpful, I was looking for a new laptop. In the past I would buy one from Best buy or Staples. They always were loaded with programs that I didn't want and made the computer run slow and take forever to start. I bought a new laptop they transferred all of my files and it doesn't include all of the pre loaded programs. The laptop is fast and quiet. I made the right choice buying from Computer Revolutions.
