Just want to let the people know that Stacy is a lawyer that will take your money and have you take a plea deal just so she'll get paid. She has a very bad attitude. She's hard to work with cause she will barley come see you or even talk to you cause she's always sick or has an excuse for something. Do not pay her up front only in installments cause she'll work a little more. She's like a car salesmen that will sell you a dream.

DO NOT make the same mistake I did by working with Stacy Biancamano I'm really surprised by so many 5-star reviews. I hired Stacy because she is an experienced federal criminal defense attorney. I sat down with her and explained my dire need to retain someone that would give my husband’s case the perseverance, assertiveness and effective communication that is needed. Once she was paid, she never corresponded with me or my husband again. She pawed the case of to a junior lawyer in her office that did not have the skill or the experienced need to handle such a complex case. After numerous phone calls she would relay messages through the jr. lawyer why she cannot correspond or show up to court hearings. We have lost so much time with dealing with her. Please take head to my words and go with another lawyer.

I was purchasing a new business and needed to have a good attorney by my side throughout the process. Working with Stacy and Dan was excellent and they were with me throughout the entire process. They explained everything and made sure I understood the process. Working with them was a pleasure and I plan to have them represent myself and my new company in the future.
