After reading reviews, I wish I had gotten the Andrew D. from 2 years ago....unfortunately, I got the Andrew that made me feel like he was working an assembly line and couldn't wait to get to the next client. In the 4 months that I retained Mr. Dutkanych, I physically met with him twice. The first time, I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time and he didn't come to retrieve me until 30 minutes after my scheduled time. He was very prompt in telling me when my time was up and therefore cutting my paid time in half. The second time I met with him, he had double booked me with another lady in the waiting area and when he came to get me he informed us both of the booking issue and told the other woman "I'm going to take her back first, because this shouldn't take longer than 15 minutes." This made me feel like he was just going to rush me out. My case was a very sensitive one, and I just never really felt that my attorney was on my team. He didn't file charges that I felt should have been filed from the beginning, charges that I later learned SHOULD have indeed been filed. I honestly don't think that he was willing to fight for me and the way I had been wronged. He never made me feel that he cared one way or the other about the outcome of my case. He was very prompt in responding to questions thru email, unfortunately his answers were usually pretty vague and short. I would not recommend Andrew Dutkanych for representation. As far as the rest of the firm, I didn't meet anyone else so I can't comment.

Mr. Dutkanych is very intelligent and caring. He put a lot of effort into reviewing important documents for me, explained it in a concise fashion and gave me the confidence I needed to sign an important loan agreement. He was humble and his services were affordable. I felt he had my best interests in mind. I will definitely turn to him first for any legal issues I may encounter in the future. I give him the highest recommendations.
