When you are seeking the help of a Disability attorney, I highly recommend Binder & Binder. The process of Disability is a long and arduous journey! Do not go it alone! You truly need a lawyer to prevail, as I understood very well at the time of my hearing! I, and probably most people, do not really understand the process until they are knee-deep in it! My lawyer, Patrick Busse had me extremely well prepared for the day of my hearing! Although I was as nervous as anyone else would be, I was confident that I knew everything I should, and in fact we were victorious! Anyone who would be in this position would understand, it’s terrifying having your life in other people’s hands. My lawyer, my caseworker and the rest of the team at Binder & Binder were always there for me with any questions I had, and truly knew everything they needed to know in order to process my case for the best possible outcome! There is a reason why they are known as the best disability lawyers around!

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM! I was lied to and lead to believe my case would be won despite me being a complex patient with a complex medical history. The wrong diagnoses were used which lead to yet another denial. I can count on one hand the number of times I and my doctor were communicated with about my case. I was always the one to initiate contact and every single time I was given the same answer or an “I don’t know”. They are HIGHLY unprofessional and don’t actually handle your case. Because I relied on their false information, I lost my home. I trusted Charles to help me and he couldn’t even do that. If there was an option to give zero stars, I would. My time was wasted with a firm that didn't want to help me. Charles will also send you a denial letter complete with the refusal to help you with an appeal! HIGHLY disgusted and annoyed that I waited 27 months to find out not every medical record was used. I’ve been disabled since 2005 and my health has drastically gotten worse. You’re better off finding someone else who will ACTUALLY handle your case and not neglect you.

Awesome!! They don't quit when they see things are true. They worked constantly with us and explained everything we needed clearly. Patrick was an incredible and professional lawyer. Made us feel at ease. Diane also worked with us by phone and she was the best. Very patient and again, explained everything to us as much times as we needed to hear.
