DO NOT USE THIS FIRM! I was lied to and lead to believe my case would be won despite me being a complex patient with a complex medical history. The wrong diagnoses were used which lead to yet another denial. I can count on one hand the number of times I and my doctor were communicated with about my case. I was always the one to initiate contact and every single time I was given the same answer or an “I don’t know”. They are HIGHLY unprofessional and don’t actually handle your case. Because I relied on their false information, I lost my home. I trusted Charles to help me and he couldn’t even do that. If there was an option to give zero stars, I would. My time was wasted with a firm that didn't want to help me. Charles will also send you a denial letter complete with the refusal to help you with an appeal! HIGHLY disgusted and annoyed that I waited 27 months to find out not every medical record was used. I’ve been disabled since 2005 and my health has drastically gotten worse. You’re better off finding someone else who will ACTUALLY handle your case and not neglect you.

Excellent law practice for anyone applying for disability, that's their specialty. Knowledgeable staff, easy streamlined process. Highly recommend.

Awesome!! They don't quit when they see things are true. They worked constantly with us and explained everything we needed clearly. Patrick was an incredible and professional lawyer. Made us feel at ease. Diane also worked with us by phone and she was the best. Very patient and again, explained everything to us as much times as we needed to hear. They refused to represent me after going through all these hoops. Told me to find another attorney. Wow binder and binder. I was even recommended this by a friend. They got my info and said nope. Don't go to them. They won't help u at all.
