Michael helped my family complete a medicaid application for my elderly mother. The process was complex, lengthy and, at times difficult , but he and his office staff were always there to answer all questions, to help with the gathering of materials necessary to the process, and to help complete the necessary forms. Subsequently he recommended and then helped us obtain a home health aide to assist and stay with my mother so she could have someone with her at all times. I should also add that Michael helped us update my mother's will, generate a durable power of attorney, and explained all of it to all of us in as much detail as we required.
