I just had the pleasure of using Blade Title for a refinance on my home. Having been referred by Nicole, I worked with several members on the Team and each experience was a good one. I appreciated the attention to detail and the ease of communication. While I have no plans to purchase another home or refinance this one again, I would recommend Blade Title in a heartbeat. When I decided to sell my home, I went with Blade Title to handle all of the closing and paperwork (that's definitely not my expertise). Since I was selling while living abroad, Blade made everything very easy for me to do via email, and were extremely easy to reach whenever I had a question. I did fly in for the actual closing to sign the final documents in person, but that was the only time I ever had to do anything in person. Everyone who works here is a pleasure to communicate with, and I felt extremely welcomed when I came in in person. Highly recommend!
