Brownlee, Whitlow and Praet’s Law Firm support the owners and landlord's of rental housing, exclusively. They have been extremely valuable during this pandemic in helping keep their clients abreast of all the legal changes that have occurred this year. They always support the multifamily industry through advocacy and that too has been a huge benefit for us this year. They are very professional, knowledgeable and responsive!!!!
Lady on the phone. Never pick up the phone. And went she does. She got a f attitude Pat divasto How people are suppose to take care issues Smh
One of their "lawyers", Bryan Sulentic, tried to bully me on behalf of my landlord. He lied about sending me an agreement 2 weeks prior and had excuse after excuse about why I didn't receive it. These guys are bums and give a bad name to lawyers who work hard to defend the constitution. zero stars. If they try and bully you, just ignore it. They're powerless.
this is a sorry excuse for a so called law firm, how are you going to say you can be on a payment plan but you still charging attorney and late fees. That doesn't make good sense but they still ride you about the money you owe. And also you have to pay by cashiers check who has the time to go get a cashiers check when they can just set it up to pay online. I started out with owing 400 dollars and now its up to almost 800 because of the stupid fees they be charging. I am going to report them for these unfair practices.
I would definitely recommend Brownlee, Whitlow, Praet, and File to be used as an HOA law firm. The staff is very courtesy, professional, knowledgeable and very responsive. They handle everything in a timely manner and will always help you out in a bind. They provide great reports and feedback to any questions you have. They know the laws and stay up to date on anything that is pending. They do the majority of our work in North Carolina and I would refer them to anyone who asks. While it's never easy handling collections of accounts, they work very hard and always get the brunt of people not paying their bills on time.
