I was fortunate enough to work with Cornell Ray over the past two weeks regarding a rental property. There were a few snags with verifying previous rental history and he was always incredibly reassuring that things would be fine. He was always professional, in a way that made me feel comfortable working with him almost instantly. He was diligent in working with the landlords to make them feel comfortable about accepting cats and I have no doubt that I would not be moving into my #1 choice without him. Overall, because of Cornell, my experience with Block was fantastic and I'm especially grateful for his hard work and calming words.

The agents are good with getting you the place you want. But the office personnel is TERRIBLE. They suck at customer service and they don't follow directions well!! When it comes to maintenance you'll be without it until they feel like answering!

Excellent experience with this company, and our agent specifically, Jeff Stoker. We recently rented a home in Raleigh through them. Very prompt and thorough. When Jeff was not available, other team members stepped in as if we were their only client. Managed our expectations well throughout the process. Maintenance needs responded to immediately. Highly recommend this company for your property management or rental needs.

If I could give 0 stars I would! By far the WORST company to rent from! They give you a couple hundred dollars of your security deposit back even after you put thousands of dollars in the house to make it better for you to live in! The entire inside of the house was painted by us, we put in 3 ceiling fan light fixtures and an LED light (there were no ceiling lights in the house), left them when we left to be nice people and they screwed us by giving us a couple hundred dollars back! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Took money for a sale on a house. They backed out, but refused to refund my $1750.00. Will not return calls.
