If I could give them 0 stars- I would. Worst insurance company. Greedy and dishonest. Do not consider them as your insurance provider because they would not support you when it is necessary.

This has turned into the biggest P.O.S. insurance company I have ever experienced. The only thing they are interested in is separating you from your money. Any interaction with them should be done in text because they bend you if you give them the chance.

How does a company issue a refund check to a 22 month old child and then state the person who set the account up and paid for the account isn't authorized. Shady business who will fraudulently hold on the to money no matter who you talk to.

BCBS OK has the worst customer service. The robot cannot replace a human, it cannot recognize any letter that rhymes. Then when you're beyond frustrated and ask for a representative it denies you. So much for serving in the best interests of your clients.

The obvious problem is the relationship between medical professionals and BCBS directly. What kind of prompt doesn’t give you an option?! I have to say I’m unsatisfied with a PCPs treatment when I’ve never personally visited their office. Shame on BCBS administration, you default assigned a PCP who does not have the availability for a new patient! Now I have no option other than giving them a bad mark. It’s been months since the start of my coverage and only now I can personally change my PCP without spending hours on the phone listening to your staff struggle with this exact same search engine. Besides that the inaccuracy in your PCP search is wild! Outdated and out of reach for the medical professionals you are describing and listing as available. Google has proven to be a more reliable way of finding doctors in my area, take notes BCBS. Stop allowing inaccurate information to plague your patients. A lack of proper medical resources can certainly, possibly kill someone.
