Susan Mintz is the most professional and dedicated lawyer out there. She fought for the rights of my son like he was her own. She understood his special needs and took the time to listen to my concerns. Her professional demeanor in and out of the court room is notable. No matter what issue was at hand Susan dealt with it quickly. I felt like I was her first priority at all times. I can't help but feel my son is safe today because of her knowledge and dedication to his rights. While no divorce or custody issue is ever easy I can say with 100% confidence that Susan is the very best at what she does. I have recommended her numerous times and will continue to. There is no better lawyer out there to handle a complicated divorce and custody battle.

Susan Mintz is a totally nasty, horrible person/ lawyer. Believe all these negative reviews. She only cares about the $$$ and nothing else. You can’t talk to her or ask her any questions about your case without her screaming at you. She was an absolutely horrible, despicable advocate, if you can call her that, on behalf of my children! The positive reviews posted on here are from fellow attorneys and her daughter. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

Susan is one of the most unprofessional attorneys I have ever met. She was rude and unprofessional to me and did not bother to listen to my perspective. In my opinion she does not do what's best for her clients and will take on a very myopic view of the circumstances surrounding a case. I do not recommend her and if you are stuck with her then you have my prayers and would recommend you file a complaint with the supreme court of New York Appellate division that provides a form and process for making a complaint.

Ms. mintz has by far been one of the worst individuals I have ever come across. She has acted out of her professional expertise, failed to act appropriately Or cautiously in many situations regarding my children, and has made situations more protracted and difficult than needed. Oh, and I can’t forget that she seems more focused on money than trying to resolve issues. In my opinion she should not be practicing in this field. I fear for anyone who receives her as their AFC.
